We take a very old fashioned approach our satisfaction guarantee. If at any time you’re not happy, we’re not happy, and we’re going to do everything we can to fix it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us, we’ll make it right, and we’ll be fair with you.
Naturally, for 30 days after delivery you can return any item for a full refund of the purchase price.
Returns & Refunds
If your item wasn’t in good, working condition when it arrived, please contact us to help make it right. Because all of our shipments are insured, we’ll generally ask for a few photos to show to the post master, and we’ll ship you a replacement.
We accept returns of goods for full refund of the purchase price for up to 30 days after the goods were delivered. We’ll also return shipping costs if the item sent was defective and you choose not to receive a replacement, or if there was an error on our part.
